What Actions Constitute Harassment?

  • Reviewing several case studies and interpreting whether the actions might constitute harassment
  • looking at the methods used and actions which could be interpreted as harassment

The Impacts of Harassment

  • Discussing the impact of harassment on the victim, the accused and the organization
  • Discussing the likely impact of false allegations

The Law Regarding Harassment

  • Focusing on the legal aspects of harassment
  • Discussing how cases are brought against individuals and organizations

Handling Allegations of Harassment

  • Key actions to ensure that participants handle allegations in the correct manner

Dealing with Harassment Scenarios
