Overview:

Target group: managers managing teams from various levels of the organization, project managers, task force managers, managers involved in the change implementation process and those leaders who participate in the change process and want to understand its mechanism.

Training goals:

  • Prepare management staff to manage people (and themselves) in the change process
  • Obtain consent and start the change project
  • Create the dynamics of activities related to the change project in the organization
  • Anticipate, anticipate and minimize sources of conflict

  • Three phases of transformation of an organization or system

  • Shaping a pro-active attitude in conditions of change

Diagnose the design of new people functions:

  • Scope and goals of the project
  • External conditions of the project
  • Internal location: cartography of participants and identification of alternatives
  • Global strategy for the introduction and development of the project
  • Building a constructive attitude

Communication in the context of change:

  • Various communication channels
  • Needs to be taken into account in the communication process
  • Dealing with fears and resistance to change
  • Pitfalls to avoid: vocabulary and attitudes

Optimizing methods of working with people:

  • Creating a model for supporting employees during changes
  • Dealing with emotions in the process of change
  • Reactions of people undergoing changes – individual differences
  • Factors necessary to effectively go through the change process
