Overview:

The basis of a well-functioning team is the ability to carry out innovative and advanced tasks. In order to achieve high effectiveness, the people forming the team, in addition to substantive competences, need another key skill in communicating with each other. The training provides communication tools and exercises the IPS Model (Innovative Problem Solving) and teaches conflict management. Participants develop their own code of communication in the project and explore the principles of non-antagonizing communication.

Target group:
teams that want to develop the skills of listening, transmitting information and the principles of non-antagonizing communication to a master level.

Course Outline:
  • Development of new skills and implementation of a communication tool in the team.
  • Adjusting the method of transmitting information to the type of interlocutor.
  • Providing feedback and constructive criticism within the team.
  • Strengthening transformative communication skills focused on effective cooperation.
  • Using internal and external resources and capabilities of the individual and team in communication.
  • Methods that help you communicate well and cooperate in a team in conflict and difficult situations.
  • Feedback culture - a cliché in corporate nomenclature
