Some people are born to be team leaders, people willingly follow them and identify with their vision. Others, on the other hand, have to put a lot of effort into their professional position. The question arises, is there such a thing as DNA lidera? It turns out, according to the latest research, that there is no such thing as a born leader, we have predispositions, certain features, but being a good leader can be learned.
