This course is suitable for anyone who is responsible for workplace training and/or supervision or involved in coaching of staff to achieve their own or organisational goals. No previous qualifications required, although a good grasp of written and spoken English is needed.

Overview:

The aim of this one day course is to provide delegates with mentoring and coaching skills for the workplace. By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
