The training requires no additional preparation.
Training allows you to learn the knowledge, techniques, tools and practices in running projects based on the "Scrum framework," including the philosophy, organization of project workflow, roles in teams and the approach to creating business value based on the client's needs, and learning about selected aspects of Agile in practice. During the workshops and simulations, participants have the opportunity to learn and practice the tools and techniques used in Agile approaches, including Kanban boards, retrospective techniques, Working with the Registry and Requirements Formulation, and many others.
The training is dedicated to people interested in implementing Agile approaches in an organization, people participating in projects, project managers implementing or planning to implement Agile approaches in projects.
