Overview:

Training allows you to learn the knowledge, techniques, tools and practices in project management and is based on the most respected international standards and best practices of project management - Traditional Project Management and Agile
supplemented by the personal experience and practice business experience of the trainer. The training cycle uses elements of selected methodological approaches - PRINCE2® and PMBoK® Guide, AgilePM®, SCRUM®. 
The training is dedicated to those interested in implementing project management approaches in the organization,
people participating in projects, project managers planning to increase efficiency.
The training consists of a substantive part, workshops, practical examples.

1. Introduction to project management

  • approaches and standards in projects managing: "Waterfall" - classic and "Agile" -agility
  • matching the approach to the project - project life cycle taking into account the specifics of the projects conducted by the participants

  • project charter: purpose, outcome, benefits - defining the scope of the project
  • project product and quality criteria - identifying project deliverables and criteria quality as a basis for delivering business value and project accountability
  • project environment and structure - impact of stakeholders and structure on effective project implementation

3. Project scheduling - from product project to task

  • approaches to project scheduling - project scheduling based on activity product and resource structure
  • work breakdown structure, network diargam and milestones - the basis of scheduling in the classic approaches
  • Kanban boards - scheduling project in Agile approaches
  • RACI matrix - assigning resources to a project

4. Risk management

  • models of risk management in projects
  • identification and assessment of risks
  • risk imaging and response risk planning
  • is it worth dealing with everything -effective risk management

5. Communication management

  • creating a communication plan - what, when and where and how to communicate
  • structure of effective messages - fact-based communication

  • defining tolerance for changes in the project, recording changes
