Training allows you to improve in practice the knowledge, techniques and tools in running projects from the perspective of the
Scrum Product Owner - a function that is responsible for ROI - return on investment in a project/process taking care to achieve a
consensus between needs, technology and quality while managing projects in the organization.
The daily work of a Product Owner is mainly Product Backlog - Requirements Register management.
The training allows you to learn the tools and techniques that allow you to define and deliver the value of the business value of the project/process, among others: effective and flexible product/project development planning, defining customers, end users, identification of needs, defining business value and quality criteria, preventing the creation of redundant quality and functionality.
An integral part of the training is a workshop that allows you to get acquainted with working with the "product backlog" "step by
step by step".
