Introduction to IT project management - methodologies, design and manufacturing approaches

The training requires no additional preparation.

The training allows you to become familiar with the knowledge, techniques, tools and practices for running IT projects based on the following: Prince2, PMBook, Agile Project Management, Scrum and MSF approaches for CMMI and RUP, among others, the philosophy, organization of project work, roles and approaches to organizing project phases in practice.
During the workshop participants have the opportunity to learn and practice selected tools and techniques.
The training is dedicated to those interested in implementing project management approaches in the organization, people participating in IT projects , IT project managers implementing or planning to implement IT project management approaches.
The training consists of a substantive part, workshops, practical examples.
