Stress has become a permanent factor present in the lives of each of us. We live in this century of speed and almost everyone blames difficulties generated by everyday stress. The congested traffic, the burden of professional tasks, the uncertainties generated by the end of the pandemic period... all these situations generate discomfort and can affect the mental and emotional state of company employees. Studies in recent years claim that stress has become the second biggest factor affecting employee health.
Stressors can generate a series of emotional reactions associated with fear, sadness, disappointment, anger, fatigue, etc., and each of these reactions can have different intensities starting from a moderate level stress of level 1-2, passing through an accentuated stress of level 3-4 and reaching an intense stress of burnout type of level 5.
