Overview:
The training is conducted by a former Border Guard officer with nearly 10 years of experience, which he gained both in Poland, among others. in teams for migration and control of the legality of employment of foreigners in Poland and abroad
Course Outline:
1. New solutions in the field of employing foreigners - draft act on the employment of foreigners.
2. Citizens of Ukraine (and other beneficiaries of the Act on Assistance to Citizens of Ukraine) as a special category of foreigners in Poland:
- who is covered by the special act;
- who is not covered by the special act;
- PESEL number (how to get it, when you can lose it);
- documents legalizing your stay;
- extension of legal stay – deadlines;
- employment based on notice;
- employment on the basis of a declaration of entrusting work;
- ability to travel within the EU/Schengen and third countries while using
from temporary protection.
3. Changes in the employment of foreigners:
- what changes have been introduced recently;
4. Employment of foreigners from the EU/EEA/Switzerland:
- employment opportunities;
- employment and delegation.
5. Legality of stay and possibility of working in the territory of the Republic of Poland:
- rules of entry of foreigners to Poland - conditions necessary to be met indicated in Art. 6 of the Schengen Borders Code (formal, financial resources, insurance, other) and the Act on Foreigners;
- border stamps – description and rules of use;
- refusal of entry – what exactly does it mean and how can you avoid it;
- residence documents entitling foreigners to stay and work in Poland (visas, residence cards and biometric traffic - calculation rules);
- when a foreigner is exempt from having a work permit;
- when a work permit is required;
- taking up work on the basis of a declaration of entrusting work to a foreigner;
- taking up work on the basis of a work permit;
- keeping the foreigner's documentation - the correct "file" of the foreigner.
6. Residence and work permit, the so-called plain:

- employer's obligations;
- obligations of a foreigner.
7. Offenses relating to violations of regulations regarding illegal work:
- when the employer entrusts illegal work – possible penalties;
