Facilitator and participants get to know each other.

Facilitator uses the traditional ji gu chuan hua activity (passing down game) to help participants to relax and get ready for learning something interesting from MBTI.

Understanding the EI/SN/TF/JP preferences

  • Group exercise on when Es meets Is

  • Group exercise on when Ts meets Fs

  • Debriefing: Getting to know the advantages of each preference, and the differences between each pair of letters.
  • Group activity: my MBTI profile

Participants experience the differences of the 4 pairs of functions.  They get to know what each preference irritates or brings to work and life.  Participants read the MBTI profiles of each type.  They begin to explore if they are living in the true themselves or wearing the personas.

A group activity is used to help participants experience the differences among SF/ST/NF/NT

Debriefing on what SF/ST/NF/NT can bring to the team.  What makes the interpersonal communication and Teamwork more effective or ineffective?
