Overview:

This course is designed for companies who know that they want to invest in VR, who know more or less how, and have already some basic experience in building a VR app from scratch.

It will take a team of designers and/or programmers to the next level by exploring advanced concepts and techniques, in order to initiate a competitive advantage, identify what skills they need to improve, and raise the level of the internal conversation about VR strategy.

  2. Prototyping (70% - 80% )

    1. advanced VR interactivity

    2. performance considerations

    3. getting the most out of our dev end and integration pipeline

    4. VR shaders (special effects, realistic textures, particles, glow, optical illusions…)

    5. Lighting in VR and how it changes everything (create a specific mood)

    6. showing text, images and videos in VR (embed, display, interact)

    7. (optional) interacting with REST APIs (web services) / or / VR physics 101
