The training requires knowledge of the "Scrum Framework"
Training allows you to improve in practice the knowledge, techniques and tools in running projects from the perspective of a
Scrum Master - the leader responsible for understanding and application of Scrum, for shaping Agile attitudes and the effectiveness of the work of teams both at the level of performance and at the level of communication and collaboration.
The training provides an overview of the aspects, tools and techniques that allow you to define, prepare organization/teams to implement and develop a customized to its specific Scrum model, as well as techniques and tools to support the effective work of Agile teams in terms of efficiency, communication, creating transparency and delivering business value to the project/process, among others: effective and flexible team development planning, productivity growth, matching tools and techniques to the
specifics of projects/processes.
An integral part of the training are workshops that allow you to get acquainted with working with Scrum Master "step by step".
The training is dedicated to people interested in development of competencies in Scrum, people participating in
projects, Scrum Masters implementing or planning to implement Agile approaches in projects.
The training consists of a content part, workshops, practical examples.
1. "Scrum framework" - organization of the project and work with business value
