Overview:

PRISM is an exciting online tool that utilizes some of the most advanced discoveries in neuroscience to provide users with a series of "behavior maps" that depict how they prefer to respond to the world around them. PRISM is founded on the basic fact that all human behavior is driven by the brain. PRISM reports not only show people's natural or instinctive behavior preferences but also the extent and ways in which they modify or adapt their preferences to meet the demands of specific situations, such as at work. The reports also indicate where a person might overuse or underutilize their preferences. This knowledge helps them better understand their true potential and what might hinder their high performance. The tool allows you to see behavior preferences and the resulting strengths, weaknesses, stress factors, and workplace needs for both individuals and teams. It also enables comparing the results of selected individuals to see where there are areas of similarity that support building understanding and where significant differences could lead to conflicts.

This instructor-led, live training (online or onsite) is aimed at team leaders and members who wish to use PRISM Brain Mapping to discover the strengths, needs, and motivators of team members and learn how to manage diversity more effectively.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Obtain a strengthened understanding among team members through better knowledge of their behavior preferences and communication, strengths, needs, and work motivators.
  • Discovery of team strengths and how to utilize them to increase efficiency in achieving goals.
  • Find solutions to cooperation challenges, enabling the team to work more effectively.
  • Increase job satisfaction for team members through analysis of how each can better utilize their strengths, and potential, and minimize stress factors at work.
  • Have more effective diversity management in the team and better task alignment to people through discovering team members' strengths, preferences, and motivators and discussing individual employee reports.
  • Have a better understanding of the management style of the leader through discovering their leadership profile and its impact on the team.

Course Outline:

Introduction

Stage 1: Understanding Yourself

To understand others, you need to have a good understanding of yourself, your behaviors, and your needs.

  1. Team members complete the PRISM BRAIN MAPPING survey.
  2. Individual meeting for team members: a meeting with a certified PRISM trainer to discuss the report.

During the meeting, each person will discover:

  • Their strengths, potential weaknesses, and difficulties in action and cooperation with others
  • To what extent do they fully utilize their potential
  • What actions may be stressful
  • In what work environment do they feel best
  • What they need to cooperate and communicate well with others

2 meetings for the leader:

  1. Discussing the report as above and reviewing the leadership style, its strengths, and potential challenges and difficulties arising from this approach.
  2. Comparing the leader's preference profile with the team's preference results During the meeting, the leader will gain a better understanding of how their leadership style may impact the team.

Stage 2: Understanding The Team

To have a chance to understand others, it is worth discovering the similarities and differences between yourself and other team members. Similarities build understanding, differences help discover other perspectives on the same issue and be more creative and innovative in your approach.

  1. Training with workshop elements on the characteristics of different behavior preferences, their interdependencies, and how they affect our communication and cooperation with others. Through this part, participants will build a foundation for understanding the origins of human behaviors and attitudes, which can help them open up to different approaches.
  2. Discussion on individual preferences, strengths, motivators, needs, and cooperation difficulties. Finding similarities and significant differences in the team.
  3. Discussion on cooperation challenges and finding solutions to them.
  4. Learning and analyzing the team profile according to PRISM, team strengths and potential weaknesses, communication needs, and cooperation needs.
  5. Developing areas in which the team wants to enhance its efficiency and analyzing how the team can utilize its strengths to achieve this.

Stage 3: Effective Communication With The Client

A good understanding of your strengths, needs, and challenges, and a better understanding of diverse perspectives within the team provide a solid foundation for better understanding the client and tailoring communication methods to them. This allows for more effectively addressing their needs and offering the best services and products that solve their biggest problems.
During the training, participants will:

  • Discuss challenges in working with clients and their sources
  • Learn to identify different clients' behavior preferences and tailor communication methods to them
  • Find out what messages to use so that a client with specific preferences opens up and which ones to avoid because they might close off to cooperation
  • Practice various forms of messages dedicated to different client types, learning how to better tailor communication methods to the client
  • Work on examples of client interactions from their experiences and develop new strategies for similar situations based on the knowledge gained during the training
