Overview:

The training is designed as interactive, with participants' participation reaching over 80% of the time. Each session follows a similar dynamic, based on a methodology developed taking into account the Kolb cycle: an exercise opening you to new habits (building awareness), a mini lecture on techniques (knowledge), practicing new tactics and techniques (skill). After closing each session, participants receive supporting materials related to the discussed session. The practical material is summarized with mini lectures providing theoretical foundations and explaining the basic psychological mechanisms that participants experience while working in the training room. • Activating and developing the potential of creative thinking techniques • Eliminating the effects of barriers to creative thinking • Learning to generate original ideas and non-stereotypical approaches to problems • Acquiring the ability to use imagination and fantasy in mental work • Developing the habit of looking for multiple solutions (divergent thinking) and identifying the essence of the problem and gaining courage in introducing unusual solutions • Improving the ability to set goals in the problem-solving process • Stimulating openness and spontaneity in expressing one's own thoughts, ideas and emotions • Improving the ability to use problem-solving techniques and tools • Improving the accuracy of decisions made • Increasing communication competences in team and goal-oriented cooperation
