Overview:

概述 

本课程介绍了 Agile 服务 Management、敏捷思维的应用以及将敏捷思维集成到服务管理流程中。Agile 思维可以提高 IT 的有效性和效率,并使 IT 能够在面对不断变化的需求时继续提供价值。

IT 服务 Management (ITSM) 专注于通过理解和优化其端到端价值流来确保 IT 服务提供价值。本课程交叉授粉 Agile 和 ITSM 实践,通过扩展到“恰到好处”的流程来支持端到端 Agile 服务 Management,从而改善工作流程和价值实现时间。

Agile 服务 Management 帮助 IT 更快地满足客户需求,改善开发和运营之间的协作,通过采用迭代的流程工程方法克服流程工作流中的限制,从而提高流程改进团队完成更多工作的速度。

本课程帮助学习者成功完成 CASM 考试。
