概述
本課程介紹了 Agile 服務 Management、敏捷思維的應用以及將敏捷思維集成到服務管理流程中。Agile 思維可以提高 IT 的有效性和效率,並使 IT 能夠在面對不斷變化的需求時繼續提供價值。
