Overview:

概述 

本課程介紹了 Agile 服務 Management、敏捷思維的應用以及將敏捷思維集成到服務管理流程中。Agile 思維可以提高 IT 的有效性和效率,並使 IT 能夠在面對不斷變化的需求時繼續提供價值。

IT 服務 Management (ITSM) 專注於通過理解和優化其端到端價值流來確保 IT 服務提供價值。本課程交叉授粉 Agile 和 ITSM 實踐,通過擴展到“恰到好處”的流程來支援端到端 Agile 服務 Management,從而改善工作流程和價值實現時間。

Agile 服務 Management 説明 IT 更快地滿足客戶需求,改善開發和運營之間的協作,通過採用反覆運算的流程工程方法克服流程工作流中的限制,從而提高流程改進團隊完成更多工作的速度。

本課程幫助學習者成功完成 CASM 考試。
