1. 角色重置: Business Analysis 在 Agile 和产品团队中

  • 探索 Business Analysis 作为不仅仅是记录需求的支持者
  • 活动: 团队映射 — 识别您在产品/团队生命周期中的位置、您的客户/用户,并发现一致性或障碍
  • 输出: 个性化的“Business Analysis 位置地图”

2. 使用 BA 技术进行数据驱动的决策

  • 练习解释复杂的原始用户研究数据
  • 实践: 制定问题或机会假设陈述
  • 引入的技术包括帕累托分析(80/20 法则)、根本原因分析(鱼骨图 / 5 Whys)、决策 Matrix 和假设撰写

3. 流程优化模拟

  • 协作迷你项目,重新设计受现实世界挑战启发的客户业务流程
  • 应用的工具: SIPOC(供应商、输入、流程、输出、客户)、用户故事映射
  • 团队展示“前后”图表以进行批评和迭代

4. 复杂环境中的高级需求获取

  • 培养撰写用户故事和验收标准的技能,映射复杂的利益相关者,优先考虑竞争需求,以及路线图技术(现在/下一步/以后)
  • 角色扮演活动: 从故事映射中获取详细的用户故事

5. 将策略转化为行动: OKRs 及其他

  • 团队定义目标、三个关键结果和 Business 分析行动计划
  • 演示后进行同行反馈
