Overview:

1. 角色重置: Business Analysis 在 Agile 和產品團隊中

  • 探索 Business Analysis 作為不僅僅是記錄需求的支持者
  • 活動: 團隊映射 — 識別您在產品/團隊生命周期中的位置、您的客戶/用戶,並發現一致性或障礙
  • 輸出: 個性化的“Business Analysis 位置地圖”

2. 使用 BA 技術進行數據驅動的決策

  • 練習解釋複雜的原始用戶研究數據
  • 實踐: 制定問題或機會假設陳述
  • 引入的技術包括帕累托分析(80/20 法則)、根本原因分析(魚骨圖 / 5 Whys)、決策 Matrix 和假設撰寫

3. 流程優化模擬

  • 協作迷你項目,重新設計受現實世界挑戰啟發的客戶業務流程
  • 應用的工具: SIPOC(供應商、輸入、流程、輸出、客戶)、用戶故事映射
  • 團隊展示“前後”圖表以進行批評和迭代

4. 複雜環境中的高級需求獲取

  • 培養撰寫用戶故事和驗收標準的技能,映射複雜的利益相關者,優先考慮競爭需求,以及路線圖技術(現在/下一步/以後)
  • 角色扮演活動: 從故事映射中獲取詳細的用戶故事

5. 將策略轉化為行動: OKRs 及其他
