Overview:

概述

本課程為流程提供指導:擁有者責任,以便他們可以描述他們正在做的事情作為一個流程,並提供監督IT服務Management(ITSM) 流程的設計、重新設計和改進所需的教育;特別是在 Agile 服務 Management 的上下文中。參與者學習如何將 Scrum 實踐應用於流程擁有者的責任,並使用 Agile 和 Lean 原則和實踐來實施“恰到好處”的流程,以及如何不斷使流程績效與整體業務目標保持一致。 

流程擁有者是對流程的績效負責的個人,負責確保流程為其利益相關者提供價值。流程擁有者管理流程利益相關者的需求,將這些需求轉化為流程性能目標,並監督整個流程設計和改進生命週期。 

該認證使學習者能夠成功完成認證 Agile 流程擁有者考試。
